Welcome to the Greater Sacramento Regional IAHSP® Chapter! The Greater Sacramento IAHSP Regional Chapter (GSIRC) was launched in October 2003 and was the first IAHSP Regional Chapter established. The chapter has provided vital support for Sacramento area Accredited Staging Professionals® as well as a forum for discussing ideas and strategies for business growth. Members of our chapter include the first ASP®s to launch successful Staging businesses in our region, as well as two Official ASP Course Trainers with Stagedhomes.com - which gives our members added insight, mentoring, and support for success as an ASP. The Greater Sacramento IAHSP Regional Chapter (GSIRC) was founded to provide a professional business association for Home Stagers throughout the Sacramento region that operate businesses in Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging throughout the Sacramento region and work to continually expand our quality of services.To join the GSIRC, members must be licensed business owners in the city or county where they conduct business, and be providing Home Staging Services. Members must be ASP or ASP Master Stagers or ASP Real Estate Agents. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. We typically meet every other month for business networking where we discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging in this region in the most professional manner, protect our businesses and create a unified market approach for clients. The location of our meetings varies depending on the topic, and we will organize Field Trips to various vendor locations in the months we are not having a formal meeting. Fees for annual membership are $60.00 and are used to market Home Staging and our ASP Designation throughout our region. Members must also join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually) and remain in current standing as both an ASP and IAHSP Member as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter. We also welcome Affiliate Business Members - companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts in the Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento areas. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $150.00, which allows these business owners to market directly to our Stager membership as well as host our meetings as scheduled.
