TV Exposure for ASPs! 14 Chapter stager members showed up to help Stage a 2,600 square foot house that had been on the market for 2 months with no offers. This was being filmed for a TV piece about Staging! We all wore our ASP shirts, pins and aprons, and we did an amazing job! We did not bring in any outside props or items, and just used what the sellers had. To bring life inside, we cut tree branches, created lovely floral arrangements, used fabric to creatively hide unappealing furniture, and rearranged the rooms to feature the views and the floor plan. The sellers were totally amazed - they had no idea their stuff could look as nice as it did! Our IAHSP team truly transformed a home that felt dated and had no appeal into one that had elegance and excitement!!
The Real Estate Agent is 100% sold on the use of Staging and plans on incorporating it in all her listings. The reporter and camera man just kept laughing the whole time in amazement over how quickly we were making changes in the house, and the reporter asked some very good questions on why someone would hire a Stager. Our feature airs at the end of November - and "the rest of the story" will be told with the info on how fast the house sold after our Staging was complete!
